Inspired by my weekend acquired beautiful book by Hassan M'Soufi titled 'Moroccan Modern'. Secrets handed down by Moroccans mastering the art of marrying fruit, meat and spices bursting with colour. I can almost smell the exotic spices of cumin, cardamon, ginger and saffron in these photos!
